Type of property: Residential. Project scope: I want to maintain an existing garden. Plans: I am not creating or replacing a garden. Project details: We need someone economical/inexpensive to maintain the grounds of this small multifamily property once a month. We just need someone to remove weeds and perform light cleaning (remove trash, sweep, etc) of the property, once a month. As you can see from the photos, the property is very small and most of it is paved. We are a property management company with 250 units throughout LA county, so we also have additional work. Thanks. Garden square footage: Small (less than 1,000 sq ft). Provision of plans: N/A.
