I scheduled a move with them. A day before the move, I called to confirm that they were coming the next day, and they confirmed the schedule. On the day of the move, they didn't inform me they would be late until I called them to check the ETA, which was 30 minutes past the scheduled time. They promised to waive the service fee; however, they never arrived or answered the phone after that. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE.

Horrible company. They were late for both appointments. Cleaning lady spent 3 hours. I couldn’t see a difference in the room. She didn’t bring the proper cleaning supplies. She smoked right in front of our open attached garage.
Ben decided to have the junkers help clean, and they started spraying bleach products where they should not have been applied. Ben quotes one price and raises it after the job. We had him tour and showed exactly what we wanted junked. He quoted $550. He charged $1425 for the removal and $150 for the cleaning. He thinks it’s okay to touch new furniture with greasy hands. They left a huge a muddy mess, they don’t lay any thing down and are not careful with the walls. He yells at his workers while just standing around. Workers that he transports in the back of the enclosed junk truck. Asked them to leave. shady practice. He first said he’d do a refund within the hour, then by nine the next morning. A week later and he still hasn’t provided any refund.

Confirmed a date and time for our move months in advance. Paid a deposit. Sent the owner multiple emails, texts, and voice-mails a week before our scheduled move to confirm our details. The owner would not respond to any of my messages and did not show up for our scheduled move
