Thorough and attentive. Plus the result is amazing. Though the pro was a little late which I knew since he called me some time in advance, I didn't mind that at all. He asked me first a few questions, instructed how to behave and what to do if I have the same problem ever again (hopefully not!), did his job quickly and left.
