They will stall and waste your time and won’t call back. Don’t bother with them. What a hopeless mess this company is. Deter said they would be here today in the morning. After 11am and no one having shown we called and Left a message...got a call back saying they had another job and would be there 12n-1pm...ok? At 3:30 Deter called after we said we wanted our money back and threatened to report with BBB...he thought his crew was at our house and said he was “dumbfounded” they weren’t and he would call me back after he found out what happens...surprise! Still no call back or show from them. Filing report tonight with BBB.

Pinnacle Energy was very informative and professional. Installation for almost a dozen windows only took a few hours and was done the same day. Ask for Eric as your sales rep, and tell him Farid sent you :)

Pinnacle Energy replaced our siding and gutters. The house looks great! The workers were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up. The work was done in a timely manner and completed as ordered.
