We ended up with dings and scratches on our furniture and on our walls after this terrible experience. We paid $80 as tips to these guys (for their service) on top of the $500 we spent on their delivery even after we showed them the dings they caused to our furniture, hoping for a resolution to the damages caused. They didn't use blankets to cover the beds and other furniture after unloading even as we pointed this out. Multiple calls and emails later, nothing has happened after 5 months. I wouldn't recommend them, unless you want your furniture in a damaged state after the move!
Though I had to move not far away I had lots of stuff with me. Many my belongings were considerably fragile so I worried if the movers were careful enough to arrange everything right. This was the time I thanked God he sent me such attentive and understanding people. Now I want to thank The Apartment Specialist as well for being quick, punctual and reasonable regarding prices.
