Hi my name is Cheryl and I’m on social security I have a 1997 Ford Lincoln Town Car. My pastor bought it used for me because my old car kept breaking down on me. My mechanic rebuilt the starter in it about 6 weeks ago. I was also told by Walmart my battery should have 650 power but was running on 300 power. I bought a reconditioned battery today for it but the car still won’t start. When it was warmer I could get it to start but it would make a noise like a bearing was spinning or something. I live near 70th and Antioch rd. In Overland Park, ks. I didn’t know what your service call fee would be or labor rate would be. I believe it is starter or alternator.
