Theses gentalmens we professional. Slavy and Jared did an amazing job on contrustiln project for my home. I will say that the pricing is a tad high but it was worth their service. Now my wife and I can enjoy our new Home Theater with the Kids. Slavy and Jared keep up the good work guys.

Reason for home remodel: Add functionality to home, Add value to home. Scope of the project: Complete home remodel. Spaces for renovation: Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Living room. Items for renovation: Electrical and lighting, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Siding, Roof, Cabinets and counters, Windows. Type of property: Ranch. Age of property: 51 - 100 years old. Number of stories: Two-story building. Property square footage: 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft. Project detailed description: Remove all carpet/refinish hardwood, gut bathroom-swap toilet and sink location-new tile-new vanity, add bathroom upstairs, gut basement bathroom and redo, need dormer upstairs to allow space for bathroom, new roof, convert addition to 1/2 three seasons room and 1/2 screened in patio. Existing plans: No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want. Availability of required permits: I'm not sure; need professional's help to identify. Demolition/hauling needs: Yes, the home will need to be stripped and hauled away. Start of services: As soon as possible. Additional info: Kitchen also needs complete overhaul. New countertops and cabinets. Waiting for Reno to complete or to a point we can move in.
