Criminals! They are not insured or licensed or even experienced. Arrived 2 hours late. They claimed my new couch fell off the truck on the interstate and was destroyed. They refused to reimburse me the cost of the couch and blocked my phone calls. I have filed a criminal theft report with the Charlotte PD.

Don not use this company.. they didn't show up on first day. Second day scheduled for 5pm then asked to come early. Decided at 1 but showed up at 12:55 after 1 hour half loading and unloading they took full 1 hours amount and asked to come again for another 1 hour fee and never showed up.. Pathetic I…
