Criminals! They are not insured or licensed or even experienced. Arrived 2 hours late. They claimed my new couch fell off the truck on the interstate and was destroyed. They refused to reimburse me the cost of the couch and blocked my phone calls. I have filed a criminal theft report with the Charlotte PD.

BY FAR THEE WORSE MOVING COMPANY I'VE USED! ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** THEY SHOWED UP LATE, TOOK THEIR TIME LOADING THE TRUCK (MILKING THE CLOCK), THEN TOOK THEIR TIME UNLOADING THE TRUCK (MILKING THE CLOCK), AND THEN CHARGED ME MORE THAN QUOTED! A LOT, AND I DO MEAN A LOT OF OUR BELONGINGS WERE DAMAGED.
