No permits on any of the 3 jobs I worked on. Before he makes some bs claim. I have text of him praising my work quality. His positive reviews are fake from family/ friends.

APEX HOME PROPrice quoted would be cheapest of all but they make money by stealing your material. He will intentionally buy a lot more raw material than needed and would steal something everyday. If you hire them - make sure you have camera where the material is kept and when you pay cash - MAKe sure you have him sign for the amount.
