Do not hire! Tim Fannon is a thief. Look at BBB sites on him. I hired Riteway Plumbing, Tim, to do a residential plumbing job, he came, looked around, quoted me, and said he needed to come back to do any work, but that I needed to pay half up front for supplies. I paid him $700. Plus the service fee to come look of $85.
