Needs description: I need help with one project or a few simple projects, less than 2 hours of work.
Type(s) of services required: Repairs.
Project location (within premises): Living room.
Desired objects/types of services: Molding or baseboards.
Project square footage: this is a 6 to 8-inch high moulding that runs along my dining room ceiling that needs to be removed so that my home warranty company can replace a pipe that leaked from upstairs bathroom. they won't remove the moulding for they are not responsible for it, if they damage it during removal..
Type of property: Residential.
Start of services: As soon as possible.
Additional info: just looking for a good, prompt job, moulding removed without damage.
