Does a customer pay some fee for using HireRush platform?
All services for customers on HireRush.com are free. The only thing you have to pay for is the services of the local pro you hired. This is not a matter of HireRush responsibility.
Will my personal info be publicly visible on HireRush platform?
HireRush respects the rights of each individual. Your personal info will be hidden from everyone and will be provided to the interested local pros only.
How can I contact a service provider?
When you fill in the form with all the detailed information about the work to be done, our HireRush Team will make every effort to find the best local pro for you in your area. In a while you’ll get in touch with the service providers, get their quotes and contact information which enables you to call, email or chat directly on HireRush platform.
How can I hire a provider?
If you are alright with the quote, time and conditions the service provider offer you, and you clarified everything related to the work to be done, made your mind what provider you want to hire, next step is to click “Hire this provider” and discuss all the details related to the work you want to be done. Don’t worry, all other providers you contacted will be automatically notified of your decision.
