I used their services for a long distance move - switched trucks after loading my furniture - I requested they return personal items that were left in their storage unit - they have not returned my emails - they have not returned my personal items - they have not acknowledged my request -
My wife and I were so impressed with these guys on our recent move that I've taken the time to write this review and I've never left a review in my life. I can't imagine how a complicated move could go better. These people are terrific! Incredibly good customer service. Their crew are pleasant and professional, and all of those who moved us had been with the company for years, which says a lot. They were very careful, and what little damage that was done (which is minor and probably unavoidable) was taken care of with very little fuss. If you are moving in or from Tampa, save yourself some time and just call 7 Day Movers. To top it all off, the final bill was less than the estimate. Amazing. They do business the way it should be done.
I was referred this company by a co-worker and I hired them to move me from Brandon Florida to Jacksonville Florida. Final quote was $1,200 and upon completion they did not charge a penny above the original price. The movers were also amazingly strong and extremely capable which made me feel great about choosing this company to move me. Top shelf service and one of their managers came out to ensure the move was going great at my loading address in Brandon.
After researching moving companies on Google and receiving a few quotes I decided to hire 7 Day Movers based on their fairly good reviews and such. To sum it up, this company is FANTASTIC!! When booking the job over the phone it was seamless and the office staff followed up several times throughout the course of my move to make sure all was running smoothly. The movers overall were on top of their game and I can't believe how professional they were at moving furniture...they had it down to a science :).
These guys were quick, careful and very attentive to the labels on my boxes and they placed each of my items in their correct rooms. I was very pleased with this company and you will be too if you hire them, thanks 7 Day Movers.
