The pro came in 3 hours after I made a call to A1 Appliance Rescue which means they do care about their clients. I appreciated that much. I also liked that the problem with my washing machine was solved in a flash (about 20 minutes). So if you were looking for a professional repairer, look no more 'cause you've made the right stop here.
