Marcel IS A NO GOOD THIEF! He Stole our furniture. They left our things in water. Left the door open so the no good neighbors could STEAL. They took a laptop and when I asked about my Beautiful items the bitch blocked me. I saw him another time and confronted him and he cried about calling the police. I'm going to make it my business to ruin his nothing ass life. You have to be a real loser to steal furniture. He also tried to push up on me and when I said No that's when he stole. This is a convicted felon,I've checked. The update is he's supposed to be on the sex offender registry but Doesn't register. Let him in your home around your children if you want to.

They changed their name AGAIN; that should tell you something. They also have posts calling themselves Fast and Efficient Movers and Elite Moverz, but google search the phone number and you will find they are Above and Beyond Moverz. I wish I would have done that before using them, as looking at all the Yelp reviews I would have run in the other direction. They also have several complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Lots of hard-working movers out there to choose from that won't rip you off, break your stuff, and then refuse to respond to texts, calls, or emails. They also claim they are insured, but I have asked repeatedly for their insurance company info so I can file a claim, but of course no response. So many better companies, and better people, out there.

Stay away from these extremely unprofessional guys. They are confrontational and worthless jerk as- -.

Quoted $850 for a 17 ft truck. Came to our house with a 14 ft truck. Then when we asked them why a smaller truck than a 17 ft. They left about 50 boxes on the driveway with our heavy furniture and vanished.

BUYER BEWARE! We moved out of state in Nov 2021 and called Marcel about a month and a half before the move. He gave us a reasonable quote and we paid him a deposit of $300 via CashApp, his required method of payment.

He then said that he needed $525 to hold the truck rental - I paid. Then he needed another $180 for the truck - I paid. I purchased a one-way return ticket for his flight back to Austin ($130). Then he said he needed $196 for insurance - I paid. Yes, I am a stupidly trusting person. Then, he said he needed the remainder of the 50% for the move, another $549. I said I was NOT comfortable paying more until the day of the move. He kept pushing so said I was cancelling and asked for a refund. No response to emails, calls for weeks... NOTHING!

One week before our move, he calls with excuses and still wants to move us. I said that we hired a new mover. It's now December and despite additional inquiries to him, I have gotten no response nor refund and I am out $1,300!!
