Very friendly, after the death of my husband things have been rough!! I was recommended to active cleaning to help me get things back on track. The lady was so friendly on the phone I instantly got excited! She understood my frustrations, focused on what was important to me and scheduled for 48 hour arrival. Cleaners were on time, prepared and so very funny 😆 this was a great experience and my home is ready for my Christmas guests so I’m happy. Thank you Active Cleaning. Merry Christmas
called for a cleaning of an empty apt. Scheduled the appointment. When they arrived, the tenant forgot to leave the unit open - said he would be there in about 15 minutes. Staff said they would run to lunch then come back. The tenant arrived in 10 minutes - I called the staff and said the unit was open. They said they would be back - only to call a few minutes later to say they could not do it, they had another appointment. When I insisted they had an appointment with me - then refused and were rude. Since I had paid 50%, I requested a refund - which I never received. I would never call this company again.
