It’s sad they use America in their name. I always encourage my children to support local small businesses for their needs sadly America strong movers failed terribly on supporting the mission they stand behind. No show no call the morning of an out of state move. When my daughter called Troy had no idea what was going on then he wouldn’t answer their calls. They called from a local # and Troy answers and says he has no clue why they aren’t there and hangs up. I would not hire this outfit to put my trash to the street. I hope people read these reviews before committing to this outfit. Sorta reminds me of another that has strong in his name as he lied to win biking events. Don’t use this company.
They canceled on me the day before my move. I told them I had a flight to the evening of the move and they did not care that I might miss my flight. I was told that I can find other movers for the same price in that short time.
