Took a $400 deposit on a $1400 job and didn't show. I'll be there Thursday...Friday...Saturday... Saturday at 9:00...Saturday between 9:00 and 9:30...in five minutes...in two minutes...
I finally fired John Amtmann and asked for the deposit back. Fingers crossed I get it.
This year I've decided to change the windows completely including casings and sills. It was not time sensitive but I didn't want to drag the heels.
