UNDEPENDABLE! DO NOT HIRE! Spoke with him or receptionists 3 times and had confirmation text.NEVER SHOWED UP, DID NOT CALL TO CANCEL AND I COULD NOT REACH HIM !
I hired Ken for a 9am moving job within tucson. He never showed up and he never called, despite me texting him and calling to see if he was coming. I had to hire someone VERY last minute at almost 2x the quoted cost Ken gave me. I HIGHLY don't recommend him.
Firstly I was impressed by person-oriented approach of the service and by the end of our cooperation I was satisfied with all the features of particularly this moving company
