PLEASE PROCED WITH CAUTION WHEN HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!
Kim never showed up when she said she would. We contacted her 21 times, she returned only 6 of those calls. Be prepared for extra charges.
Kim gave us a bid to install 400 square feet of grass and irrigation. 2 months later- we still had no grass or irrigation and Kim was a no show.
Our resort requires 1inch pipe, Kim installed ½ inch when the resort manager told her there would be an inspection Kim refused to make it right. Plastic timers were installed, no back flow or waste preventers. Kim tried to charge us for all that after the bid. inche
We never did get grass, she told us she couldn’t get it. However, week after week other lots in the resort got grass installed. More importantly when we tried to communicate there were problems with the job, she refused to make it right.
PLEASE LEARN FROM US AND SAVE YOURESELF WEEKS OF HEARTACHE.
