Doug, when we contacted you about our pool pump needing replacement you were good for coming out and charging $65 to tell us "yup it's broken, order a new one and I will install it for $100 and apply the $65 toward the bill". Since we received the new pump, you have not made an effort to show up and install the pump, now my pool is starting to turn and you are not responding to calls, texts or FB messages. This appears as though you are taking advantage of a Military Family. I would still be willing to give you my business but you need to contact me so we can resolve this matter.
Aquapro has been servicing my pool for several years. I couldn't be happier with their services. They are reliable and trustworthy.
My pool has never looked better.
