BEWARE! The booking process was smooth and gave the impression that the move would be also. WRONG! I asked more than once if wrap was available & was assured there was wrap. The wrap for my couch was supposedly left in the owner's car. Why not turn around and bring it? Movers were dropped off to move my suede couch without wrap. One mover (Mark) was excellent and the other behaved as if this was his first move. He had to be told to bubble wrap GLASS. The truck was packed terribly to the point that some boxes were left in my old unit for me to move myself. They put bigger items in front of the shelf in the Uhaul and then had to stand on top of my furniture to get things on it after the fact. Half my couch couldn't fit up the stairs, this happens.. I was told that the next day my couch would be moved, 2 days later it was still in my doorway. He claims a NEW crew came the next day to move the couch for me and were outside waiting. My address is a new build and isnt on gps. RUN!

I confirmed the day prior. They called me ten min before arrival saying there was an emergency eviction so my move got pushed back. They said they would arrive at 1050. They didn't arrive until two and a half hours later. So inconvenient bc I was not getting things moved from.home. don't waste your money.

I highly recommend they got finished with me in about 2-2.5 hrs

I was able to schedule a week prior to my move. They are professional, affordable & experienced. No furniture was damaged & they packed the moving truck so that all furniture & boxes could fit. This wasn’t the easiest move either, as I was moving from the 12th floor. I would use them again! Highly Recommended!!!!!!

Everyone was very professional, on time & a big help. Would definitely recommend!
