Great to work with, they are you're old style mom and pop store, so know that going in. I personally like these types of stores because they have people working there that actually know about the things they are selling. Very helpful and good customer service. Ken even gave me the names of a couple competitors to compare prices and availability with (Fisher's bet all their prices). He also gave me a couple forums to check out online to help me troubleshoot the issue with my fridge. They didn't have the part I needed in stock, but they we able to get it delivered to their store in 2 days. If you like dealing with people that know what they are talking about and give you a fair price then I recommend this place.
