I used this company for the first time and I think I will continue using them in future. All I wanted to do is just to see my carpets clean again. And the guy who came did everything right. There are no old stains, no even slight signs of detergent or whatever they usually use for cleaning on my carpets. I especially liked the clarification questions of whether I have kids or pets at home. That's really nice and I feel that people do care for what they do and their customers. Next time - only Carpet & Stone Rescue, 100%.
