Had to get my car towed was told it would be 45 minutes tow truck didn’t show up until almost 3 hours later and I didn’t receive one phone call. Had to keep calling the towing company to see what was going on. Now have to wait another day to get my car fixed because it wasn’t towed to the shop by the time they closed…
