Extremely poor work product, did not understand the floor that he is working on. The repairs were extremely poor. Did not know that you can't use oil-based polyurethane on a bamboo floor. It is delaminating it did not cover well between that and the poor repairs the $4500 that I gave him was a complete waste of money. Now I have to have the floor completely sanded and refinished for more than $10,000.
