We will let you right away if this is the case and you can decide if the price is satisfactory. General wear and tear are expected. Just used Cornerstone for a Real Estate Ready package that included all appliances inside/outside, furniture polishing, Blinds, windows, window tracks, sills, wall marks, bathrooms sanitized and full kitchen cleaning. Plus they steam-cleaned all the carpets in my 3500+ sq. ft. home and finished in 2 1/2 hours. What I liked was they brought a full team and cleaned everything in time for our first showing!! Super - Stars!
The short version: WOW! They are always very flexible with their schedule and try hard to accommodate my last minute schedule changes. Quick, efficient, and friendly folks. And they don't flinch about the dust bunnies that a house full of dogs can create. Glad we found them.

From start to finish this was a great experience. My new apartment was filthy and I had to get it ready before moving in and contacted them last minute. On top of that, they were super nice, mature, and had really positive attitudes, which was so helpful in what was a stressful situation for me.
