What a disappointment. Dan advertises himself as a Christian man but took advantage of my husband and I being out of town customers. He was supposed to complete a job for us at our rental and promised us several times he would do so. In the meantime, we paid him for half the labor, purchased over $1600 in supplies, which he picked up from stores and now he has completely ghosted us. Do not USE Dan - he appears to be a complete scammer. We are devastated and out over $2500. We will be pursuing all measures to ensure Dan never STEALS from anyone else again.
Dan's an all round good guy. We "live in the work he's done for us" and re- enjoy the "product" every day. Thanks brother!
