• painting interior/exterior/garages/some restoration work
• skim-coating/drywall tape/mud/patching/small installation jobs
• millwork repair/restorations/stain/paint incl. cabinets/kids playsets, etc.
• restoring old dated countertops (see images)
• installing/mounting tv’s $75 per unit (I also install ambient backlighting behind tv's, beds, couches, etc.)
• installing new faucets, vanities, toilets, and fixtures
• deck restoration (fees vary)
• furniture/trash removal (fees vary)
• carpet/upholstery/furniture cleaning (I do not install carpets but can do removals)
