Great great company. I'm a senior in poor health and my furnace went out without warning. At 6am I contacted the owner on a Saturday morning and explained my problem. He listened to me and sent a tech to my house by 9am. The repair was done fast and the furnace put back in service. The technician had the parts with him for my model and everything went smoothly. A lot of stress was taking off me as the weather is getting colder. Thanks again Empire Heating. I'd give you 6 stars if I could!
