I'm in the same boat as Robert - our wedding was June 2019 - I was working on album design with Alex for over a year (they got backed up due to Covid, etc...) and I haven't heard from him since Sept 2020 - I don't even know if they're still in business! I need answers!!! and my album!!!
Do not hire! Scam
We contracted Alex Fedorov for our wedding more than 2 years ago. He came off as really cool and nice. However, we never got our expensive wedding album that we paid him for.
Alex simply disappeared with $1k+ of our money.
When we FINALLY got in touch with him, he made up some lame excuse -'I was out of town' - now we know why...
He said he would get back to us, but never did.
Won't return our calls or emails.
Do not hire this criminal (Alex Fedorov), he has no problem taking young couples' money and running off.
We ordered Envogue Photography for our corporate party to make both photos and some short videos. Thank you very much, guys, you did a great job. All our office is grateful for the memories you made eternal for all our funny team!
