Justin is a real piece of work. Ended up firing him over a miscommunication and he started saying I should have handled my business instead of letting my wife take care of it. He is not a professional moving company. He showed up knowing that packing was expected, but didn’t feel like packing, so he told my wife that wasn’t in the original quote, which he wouldn’t provide an estimate on paper btw. My wife offered to pay him more and he said no because he was too busy. I called him to tell him the military wouldn’t cover 2 separate moves, and that I needed him to move it all at once. If he can’t do that he needs to stop and leave my house. Forced me to pay him $150 dollars or he was going to leave the couple big items he had already loaded outside in my yard. I would never recommend this person or company to anyone.

Justin with EZ MOVES was hired to move my household goods to my new home on Aug 13, 2021. Unfortunately things ended disastrously. Justin moved and installed my washer and dryer however didn't tighten the water hose on the washer and water unbeknown to me was running inside my wall down into the ceiling below in my garage. I wasn't sure where the water was coming from so I called out a plumber on Aug 14th to figure out where the water was coming from. Plumbers arrived & cut a hole in ceiling to find that the water was coming from laundry room on 2nd floor. Plumbers discovered the hose wasn't installed properly which was causing the leak. I then tried calling and texting Justin several times however, he refuses to answer the phone or respond to any of my text messages that included pictures of the damage. Before hiring EZ Moves you might want to ensure they have insurance because after doing the damage to your property they won't take accountability or answer your calls!
