Ferraro Refinishing

Ferrarore finishing is a scam.
He not only scammed my money-just randomly put some paint on surfaces of bathtub and shower, but also destroyed my tub and shower. If want to turn out replacing everything, then just give a try.
When I called and text him, he either did not response or just said a date and never show up.
He refinished my bathtub 1/12/2022. I found drip marks on the bathtub and he said when dry, drip marks will disappear and everything looks good tomorrow. The next day I found more than 30 drip marks, missing paint areas, orange skins on the bathtub and shower. He completely destroyed my bathtub and shower. My original ones are about 8 of 10 and now is 1 of 10.

ZERO STARS. I am a real estate broker for Berkshire Hathaway in Chicago, and Guillermo Ferraro painted kitchen cabinets for a client of mine. It was a small job, for which he was very well paid. I was out of town when he completed the work, so he left the keys to the vacant unit in a lockbox. When I went to look at the finished product, one of the new cabinet pulls was missing and a drawer was left broken. I have tried to contact Guillermo for the last 6 weeks and he will not pick up my calls or response to multiple text messages. I am beside myself, as this was a fairly easy fix and he seemed like he was a professional.

I am left to try to explain this ridiculously bad behavior to my clients and I am furious. DO NOT RECOMMEND GUILLERMO FERRARO.
