Sorry for late review. Get Cleaning Inc is an efficient, professional and attentive to details team of cleaners. I used them time to time when I lived in Illinois. My apartment looked like after renovation - sparkling and bright.
Please avoid this company. I thought I needed something quick for my rental home so I called first number i found on craigslist, but learnt my lessons hard way. Extremely poor in terms of customer service.
Cleaning crew doesn't show up within time window they told they will show up.. At the end of time window, they text stating they will be 1 hour late from that time while I was waiting at the property, so I asked for rescheduling and returned with rude do what you can do or pay cancellation fees response..Even though they don't show up in time. To avoid cancellation fee i went ahead with cleaning just to find out later that bathrooms were not cleaned properly at all. Also with move out cleaning they didn't clean Oven which is basic appliance part of the house. Again on complaining and asking for rework or refund on uncleaned parts, greeted with abuses. I just can't image dealing with a company as unprofessional as this.
We love Getcleaning. The cleaners are on time, very friendly and do an excellent job. We use them for monthly cleanings on our condo in Wicker Park. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a cleaning company.
Working for GetCleaning has been a very rewarding experience. The company is growing so quickly and its very exciting to be part of all of this. GetCleaning treats its employees with dignity and respect and I highly recommend any prospective employee to join if giving the opportunity.
