He is the absolute worst! Jamal was paid to kill my grass, plant grass seeds and remove some tree stumps. ($400) Not only did he kill my grass with gasoline ( my neighbor has him on video) but he left my grass dead and has not planted one grass seed. Against better judgement I trusted him. I honestly should have known better. Do not use him!
