I hired Hector Sanchez and his crew in Sept 2022, he was very nice and his crew did a good job, until they didn’t. In Aug 2023, Hector’s crew set down a hot trimming tool on our artificial turf leaving a dozen or so melted spots. I contacted Hector and that’s when he started not answering texts or phone calls until I threatened to go to social media. Finally we agreed to discuss in Nov 2023, when we returned from an extended trip. Hector agreed to continue to do our landscape maintenance at no charge until we worked out replacement of the turf. After we returned home, I noticed things weren’t as nice as they had been and we needed some sprinkler repair. I asked Hector to meet with us, he agreed, then didn’t show up or answer texts. His crew still came and trim half our hedge, but didn’t complete it and left. At this point we’ve had enough and I text him saying we did not want his crew to return. And we’re looking at a $2500 bill to replace the turf they destroyed.

They install low quality materials and wont return to finish job. Avoid.
