They did not finish their work! It is a terrible company! Poor service! I will never have them again they are not experts!
So I sent these people pictures of my Palm tree all I needed was a quote to have someone tell me if it was dead or alive or worth saving. The only response i got via Text is "BYE" like Bye felicia?? How unprofessional. A simple "No thank you" or "Sorry we are closed" Learn how to respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner, it goes a LONG way nowadays.
At first the company was good. They came out on time for both the estimate and service. Unfortunately, our green waste trash can was full of beer bottles and other non tree related items. Plus, the contract wasn't fulfilled. One of the stumps was left and we immediately called and have repeatedly called to ge this fix. The owner says he will but never follows through.

They took our front tree down and left branches left from our tree in the neighbors tree. Came to ground out the stump a week later ( were supposed to be here the next day) tore up our lawn 10" past the stump.
