We've arranged two corporate parties and for both of them, sure, we needed event planners who would be hands-on in this kind of issues. The girls from Hospitality Goddess did an amazing job by mocking up the menu for us, arranging the seating, decorations, etc. Everything turned out to be so important and all alone we could never think of so many details (we just didn't know they actually exist!)
