โจ$115.00 hr. which consists of 3๏ธโฃ PRO's cleaning every inch of your home for only $115.00 hr.! โจ
โข Not $115.00 hr. each person, but $115hr for all 3 pros! This not only speeds up the amount of time that we are in your home cleaning, it also is significantly cheaper for you.

โ Professional window cleaning specialist: who has serviced houses, apartments, and commercial buildings all throughout Chico for over 7 years.
โProfessional house cleaners: who specializes in cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms with 5 or more years of experience.
โAs well as myself who is skilled in all of these assets!
๐This flat rate of $115.00 hr. will never raise but can be lowered depending on each individual need!
*A minimum payment of $175.00 is required for our services if the job required is under 2hrs.*

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT TRUST THESE PHOTOS. I was charged $300 for a very mediocre "deep cleaning" of my small 1 bed 1 bath apartment. The baseboards, walls, windows, back door blinds, counters, shelving unit, and decor were not cleaned. Nothing was organized, the fridge was not wiped out thoroughly, the bed was not made, ceiling fan light fixtures were not cleaned, dishes were not washed and vents were not cleaned though was told they would be. The trash wasn't even taken out or the recyclables. Carpets were shampooed though was told they contracted out for that so was not accounting that as part of the cost. Even with shampooing, nothing was moved to get behind or underneath anything. I reached out to William, who was the person to do the estimate. He argued with me about the work done, ignored my correspondence, and delayed any type of recompense. AVOID AT ALLS COSTS. Shady business.

He was very professional, a good listener and had an excellent eye for detail. I especially appreciated the professionalism and felt very comfortable leaving him and staff in my home.
First time ever hiring a house cleaning and Iโm impressed with the results. Did I mention the fee was the most reasonable around YAY.
