Huffy Puffy Moving With Ease

They had two guys come to my home and they completely through all of my stuff into the back of this truck no organization whatsoever I haven't been able to look at my stuff since they put it in the storage unit but I'm very scared that the majority of my things are going to be broken up because of this lack of organization there was not room for some other things that were left in my garage they came back to get that stuff as promised by the owner of the business they were supposed to take the stuff back to my storage unit but instead they kept the stuff stole my kids bikes my kids TV every single tool that was in a giant tool box I had to unpack and put in different boxes because their movers broke my toolbox and now they will not give me back my stuff do not use this company they're terrible crooked thieves

Movers came woefully underequipped. They were driving a truck that they had just taken to the dump. The truck had bolts sticking up that made it impossible for the movers to slide furniture without damage. They did not have the needed equipment. One of them was wearing a leg brace/cast. Both said they had found out about the job that morning and would not have agreed to it if they had known there would be stairs.

The movers dropped a dresser going up my stairs and put a hole in the stairwell wall. They also ripped my door out of the frame trying to move my mattress in and scratched up a table, broke the handle off a cooler, and ripped the fitted sheet on my mattress among other things.

Ben sent me a contract promising to fix the issues but didn't Dozens of calls to both numbers I had for the company went unanswered. They did answer one time but immediately hung up on me when I announced my name.

Avoid this company at all costs. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I would give this company "no stars" if I could. I scheduled for a move in the morning and ended up waiting till the evening (10 hours total) with no movers. The company could not provide movers without felony charges to come through a military base. I specifically mentioned about the procedures of coming into a military base in advance and was told they can accommodate. I NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. The move never happened, I contacted the company (Juliana) numerous times without any response back. It would have been nice to get the deposit back for the move that never happened or a phone call to say that they were unable to accommodate. I am an officer in the US military, and I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE.
