I am Iliahi’s husband, J. Curtis, and I’m writing to formally apologize for the negative review my wife gave. This review is unfair used misleading photographs. I’m embarrassed by what has happened, and I’m truly sorry for any negative impact this has had on your business. Ikaika and his crew did an excellent job and went out of their way to accommodate my difficult wife.
We hired this Ikaika and his company Hawaii Eastside Painting LLC in May 2019 to do our small ranch home about 1000 sq ft , he stated it would only take about 1 wk. 2 mos later the job was not done, many delays occurred, susch NOT showing up, missing crew, or I had to finish another job etc etc etc! When questioned about changes or when our house would be done, he got upset and demanded more money against the contract. Our place was NOT finished, left carport furniture and items that were covered by us with our own tarps damaged with severe overspray, plants and screens the same! The entire deck never finished and he wanted a new contract! The wrong of paint in plus only one coat and bleeding thru, plus splashes everywhere! I had to Hire a new company to finish work.
They are NOT Licensed Contractors in the State of Hawaii! Lessoned Learned! Beware!!!!
