We had three movers who arrived at (am as promised. They filled their truck by noon and we were off to our new Clovis residence. Everything was packed nicely and we were very pleased with the care to our possessions. Unloading went quickly and efficiently. Further, we enjoyed talking to these three gentlemen as they worked. Highly, highly recommended.
I have nothing but the highest praise for Grafton Movers, and the amazing job from their team moving me from Holden to Grafton , MA this past weekend. Everything was perfect from pick-up to drop-off the next day! They were on-time and efficient and there were no surprises (or hidden fees); everything you could ask for in a cross-state move. Our move went smooth as silk and full credit goes to the hard working crew of JTR mover and storage because they served us the best and worked really hard. But all started from a phone call. When I called and talked with Logan, he visited my home for an onsite estimate. His estimate was very precise and also informed us about what to expect and what not. The moving crew did their best during the packing, loading, moving and unloading and they were able to execute all those tough maneuvers without any mishaps. The final price was within the estimate and the move took less than the quoted time. In short, all went as planned and expected.

everything in my move was perfect. I was pleased with such nice and professional people. My cutlery got lost and I called the rep who was pretty helpful with the insurance and at the end of the day the company paid for the lost items, their honesty was awesome.

As with the packing the unpacking was easy and we are happy with the service and the treatment by your crews. We would not hesitate to use your company again. And it goes without saying we would recommend you to our friends.
