This lady has a criminal record. Look her up! Shakena Perry, she is a known thief and stole from numerous people. Also, her work is shotty at best. I want to save someone else, please beware ladies! find a reputable stylist. She is dishonest and a thief.
Her work is not great! Closure to far back and the price was booked at one price and then she change the price on the site the night before and states it was a special prior. No mousse or edge control to complete work. I would not recommend her to anyone. She then shuts down one styleseat account and opened another one be aware of this scammer.
This lady took 125$ deposit off my sisters card. AFTER she told her it was just a security for her appointment. She then proceeded to charge the 125$ AFTER she rescheduled her appointment and then now 18.75$ was again charged on her card. She was extremely rude when my sister asked her questions and told her she was "driving her nuts." The customer service was absolutely appalling. I would definitely recommend finding someone else before EVER booking with k design and don't trust giving her your bank card. Smh
She is really great at cut and color. I am so lucky I found her!
