They are scammers! They take your money and they don't provide any service! They are unprofessional and customer service is horrendous! They don't answer their phone or emails.
The worst company ever. Over priced for the shit they give. Their build a bear station doesn’t even have enough stuffing for a party and has the nerve to charge 15$ per bear! While doing tattoos and balloons she doesn’t even speak to the kids. Cotton Candy isn’t worth it either. Get yourself 1$ cotton candys and you’d be set. Definitely ruined my nephews first birthday
No call no show. Then treats us the client like we’re wrong. Unreal. Still no answer via text email or phone calls. Hasn’t returned our money. Stay away seems like it’s some sort of scheme.
AWESOME experience with Jessica! Contacted company via instagram turnaround response was very quick. They are very flexible with dates and time, they offered many other services but do not pressure you as a client. What I love about them they are very friendly they greeted me upon entrance to my home and they thank me for using there services. Will be contacting them for future services.
