Apartment Cleaning Assignment List:

• Vacuuming of hallways and all carpeted areas
• Wall wipe-down as needed
• Garbage Disposal
• Light Dusting

Bathroom:
• Sanitize and clean all Basins, Toilets, Doors, and Fixtures
• Complete Wipe down of Reflective Surfaces
• Glass Surface Cleaning
• Disinfectant Mop of tile/ hard flooring
• Buffing of Hardwood floors (special request)
• Spray/Disinfect Showers
• Floor wax (special request)

Kitchen:
• Wipe down of Reflective Surfaces
• Spray disinfect all surfaces, Tables, Counters, Refrigerator
• Clean Refrigerator (Monthly)
• Floor Buff and Mop

Client Cleaning Hours/ Scheduling:

• Client can personalize cleaning hours and scheduling depending on preferences
• Afterhours, Business Hours, Early Morning (Business Open-12), Mid-day (12-4), Late Evening (4-8)
• Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly cleaning times available
