New to the Colorado area, my husband and I had a HUGE cleanup and new landscaping project that required more time and skill than we had to offer. After many research hours through Social Media and asking about, we settled on this simple LFT advertising flyer that had been left on our doorstep (smart move).
Message sent after much thought and reading of reviews. It was the best decision we ever made.
If you are looking for a business that is:
- Always on time - Gives 110% effort - Conscientous - Offers a very fair market price - Knowledgeable - Trustworthy (part of the job became bigger than what anyone had seen, he never charged us extra) - Dependable

Simon is enthusiastic and engaging and features my home on his facebook page. However, I made the mistake of paying him BEFORE the job was done, and he left me hanging with about $600 to $700 worth of work not done. To his credit, Simon realized he was in the wrong and gave me back $300. But things he did not do:
1. Fill in gray breeze in front walkway.
2. Do the signature "final touch" weeding of the back yard and clean the back patio.
3. Augment the rock in areas
4. clean the weeds out of the rocks
I gave Simon the opportunity to come back and fix these things, but he opted instead for a barrage of texts excusing his behavior and blaming me for ingratitude and impugning my character.
Overall, the job that he did do was done well, but he really left me hanging by overpromising and underdelivering. I had to hire help to finish his job. Beware.
Lagunas Final Touch: It’s unfortunate that you would have to do this I’m very professional there’s two sides to the story you’re a customer who is trying to obtain free work adding adding adding adding more work ! if you look at my whole page and everything about my business you are the only one to leave a negative remark so that goes to show where the problem is at ! I left you a refund but you forgot to mention that you are very disrespectful and no contractor would wanna work for you!
