We are very happy and satisfied with work performed by this crew. We gave them one of our properties to renovate a full gut to try them out and see how they work. During the project we had full communication and made sure all work was done correct. When the work was completed we were very satisfied that it is was done nice, on time and agreed price. The buyer will be happy with the finish product. At first we were skeptical about using them due to mixed amount of reviews but we gave them an opportunity to see what they can do and we are impressed. They followed the contract they made and did exactly what they said in materials and labor and followed payment schedule. We will continue using them on our flips and rentals.

I should have read the reviews first! Total scam artists who should be put in jail. Took my deposit, never started work and won’t respond to emails or phone calls. STAY AWAY!!!

Every single thing Luis did was poor and had to be redone costing more money and materials. Luis also did not bother to start
on some of the tasks for which we already paid him at the start. He also took 3.5 months to do a shoddy and incomplete job of first floor which was redone again when most knowledgeable and skilled contractors would have finished the entire home. He does not pay his employees and has a hard time retaining anyone. Luis himself cannot work for more than 3 hours and finds an excuse to leave or not come in at all. His work will fail every inspection. He is only fit to do small jobs in the back yard which don’t need any skill. My architect inspects and could not believe how poor skilled and incompetent Luis was. Even township inspector warned us that Luis was useless. HIRE HIM FOR YOUR FAILURE. LUIS AND KARL ARE BAD NEWS. This is an objective estimate without fear or favor from someone who had the misfortune of hiring him recently.

Do not fall for any positive reviews by others, possibly given by family or relatives. Luis aided by his young son Karl are scam artists. They will usually under quote everyone including decent proposals by 25-30% and try to get the contract. Once they get it, they will want the first deposit/lump sum. Their professionalism and ability or lack of it can be seen straightaway. Luis best effort will be shoddy at best and fail inspections. He will hang around long enough to get some more advance/deposit and if there is no more to be milked, then he and Karl will run and change their phone number quickly. There are multiple cases pending against this scammer.

The K and K crew have done many renovations for my family and I. They have done all of the work on budget and finished on time as promised. All of the crew is friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied with all there work and will continue using them.
