She said on the phone she would clean until she was all done. My place was pretty dirty so I thought that was generous. After two and a half hours, it was maybe 20 percent clean. She didn’t offer to stay and keep cleaning even for more money. She was not at all clear about what she could do, and claimed cleaning behind things was deep cleaning. Their was trash on the floor when she left. The soap caddy in the shower was dirty their was a small bottle of mouthwash behind the toilet on the floor so I’m not sure she cleaned that either. A lot of this was communication, and not being clear about expectations. If you are one of those people that has a clean house but need maintenance, she might be great but if you really need help you probably want to look elsewhere.
