Melvin is a good carpenter knows, what he’s doing.
He’s been working on a project for me for about 1 1/2 years. The work is not 200% done. The work done has been good. but now he’s walked out on the job and won’t complete. There are contracts that are still not been completed, and have been 100% paid for. Yes, along the way we’ve had some delays here and there, but not honoring a contract is not good on my part or his.
